LOGITECH G29 reagiert nicht bekommt kein Strom??

Ich habe das G29 von Logitech gekauft allerdings funktioniert es nicht nur Tasten der Motor bekommt kein Strom, Ich bekomme nur ein grünen Punkt der blinkt bei ps3-ps4

Liegt es am Netzteil?
